1. Payment Conditions
The price to attend the conference is US$ 1,590.00
paid in full upon registration. Payments may be made by major credit
card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at the end of the online
registration process or by check .
2. Cancellation and Amendments
Cancellations received before December
29, 2005 will result in a cancellation fee of US$750 per
person canceling. Cancellations received after December 29, 2005 will result
in a loss of all monies paid, unless registration fees are shifted to another
future program date with an additional
rescheduling
fee of $200.00. There are no refunds for services not
utilized while at the seminar. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover
seminar participants for the consequences of unforeseen events during the
seminar and for cancellation fees that could result from illness, accident,
death or other contingencies.
3. Minimum Registration Numbers
The Art of Trompe L'Oeil Seminar has been priced on the basis of a minimum
number of participants traveling. In the event that fewer than the minimum
number of participants have confirmed their booking 60 days from the date of
commencement, Yves
Fine Paintings & Trompe L'Oeil , Inc. reserves
the right to cancel The Art of Trompe L'Oeil Seminar, giving a full refund of
monies paid or to proceed with the The Art of Trompe L'Oeil Seminar at a
modified price.
4. General
In the unlikely event that the seminar instructor is unable to perform his
or her duties due to unforeseen contingencies, Yves Fine Paintings &
Trompe L'Oeil , Inc. will
either refund the full amount or offer to reschedule.
5. Travel and Hotel Accommodations
Please do not book any Travel
and Hotel Accommodations until you receive final go ahead from Yves
Fine Paintings & Trompe L'Oeil Inc
for the Seminar forty days prior to the
workshop date. Yves Fine Paintings & Trompe L'Oeil Inc will
not be responsible in anyway for lost of money on Travel and Hotel
Accommodations.
6. Health Notice
The Seminar instructor will use only water-based paint. There will be no
use of oil base paints, finishes and/or solvents. Yves Fine Paintings &
Trompe L'Oeil , Inc., assumes no liability for attendees' health status
while using any painting-related products.
7. Seminar Restrictions
Video recorders, cameras and other recording equipment are prohibited
during the Seminar. Only contracted Seminar photographers or those with media
credentials are exempt.
8. Responsibilities
Yves Fine Paintings & Trompe L'Oeil , Inc. and/or suppliers of
services pursuant to or in connection with this Seminar are
not agents for the seminar participant in making arrangements for
hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service and do not assume
any liability whatsoever for
reservations or other services made by seminar participant as well
as for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or
property due to an act of negligence or of default of any hotel, carrier,
restaurant, company or person rendering any services to
attend the workshop,
or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or
delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown,
quarantine, government restraints, weather, terrorism, or other causes beyond
their control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses,
omissions, delays, rerouting or acts of any government or authority. Baggage
remains at owner's risk throughout the Seminar. Registration for The Art of
Trompe L'Oeil Seminar constitutes a contract which shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida ,
United States of America.
It is in the seminar
participant responsibility to arrange for Travel and Hotel Accommodations and
any other service that they may need.
The instructor agrees to teach with the best of its abilities equally to
all the students and will not be responsible in the event any student can't
complete their mural in full .
